Anusara Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga
This invigorating practice of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process which produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Short Form Ashtanga is a shortened version of the traditional Primary Series of postures.

Ashtanga Mysore

Beginning Yoga

Hatha Yoga
This accessible class moves at a moderate pace, introducing traditional and innovative yoga concepts in a format that is clear, fun, and easy to understand. We will move through postures using subtle pulsations that help the body release and strengthen organically. This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate practioners, with a skill level slightly more challenging than our Beginning Yoga class, and slightly less challenging than Vinyasa.
