Simon Park is an effervescent student of Vinyasa Flow. Born in rural Korea, an image of a natural warrior came to him as a small child, and has since guided his life. At age 5, Simon moved to the U.S. and quickly assimilated to American culture, but his warrior spirit was not ignited until meeting Shiva Rea in 1995.
