At this play-shop we will delve into the 5 elements (mahabhutus) to invoke health and radiance into our life both on and off the mat. We´ll explore the elements to reveal our unique constitution and identify where our special attention is needed to enhance our experience of health and well being at this juncture. Please plan for lecture, meditation, and a little asana.

- 1:30-4:00pm Mixed Level Back bending. This class will be sequenced to allow access to the deepest part of the heart.
- 6-8pm Mixed Level Hip opening class. This introspective class of settling and opening will allow heart and mind to connect.
- 8:15-8:45 pm Kirtan. Justin will lead us in joyful, uplifting sacred chanting.
